Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-demand periods or limited-edition drops, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard and expedited shipping options via trusted carriers within the United States.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.


Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us at the contact page

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Cosmozi New York is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Returns Due to Shipping Errors

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required for reshipment.
