Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at alejandro.aguilar3103@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, please follow the return process first. Once accepted, you may place a new order for the correct size. Availability is not guaranteed, so we recommend acting quickly.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
